I live in Florida and ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my mother in Arlington, Virginia on her 90th birthday. The flowers arrived exactly on time but my mother who has very limited mobility was unable to answer the door. Twin Towers called me to let me know they could not give them to her and left them at the door. I called Twin Towers back and asked them if the would send their delivery driver back and I would call my mother to meet the driver at the door. They very graciously did just that. The driver was very kind and brought them in for her. I very much appreciate the exceptional service they provided to me. The flowers were absolutely beautiful also!
