I have ordered from you dozens and dozens of times several times a year of for deliveries to Arlington Cemetary. I called and was told I had to place order on phone even though I preferred to have order taken by phone as I had in past, but it was easy and order was delivered as requested with photo of delivery sent immediately, very pleased . In past at times photo was nothing liked I ordered, I have only complained one time last year as I specifically requested no pink and wanted mostlyt white flowers and the flowers were all multi colors with pink- like it was all the leftovers. I asked for credit but told they couldn’t do that. Really? Not even discount on future order, not best customer service with that order.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
